Years of deferred maintenance had left rotting siding, a failing roof and a sagging porch, but the home’s original craftsman character was worth saving.

We preserved the stone chimney and original rooflines, then installed a standing-seam metal roof, fiber-cement siding, new windows and a rebuilt porch true to the period.
