We walk your home, listen to how you use the space and talk honestly about budget. You leave with a realistic cost range, not a sales pitch.
Weeks 2–5
Our designer creates floor plans, 3D renderings and a finish selection with you. Then we lock everything into one detailed, fixed-price proposal.
Varies by project
Your dedicated project manager runs a clean, protected job site and sends a photo update every Friday. Permits, inspections and trades are all on us.
Final week
We walk every inch together and fix anything on the punch list before final payment. Then your 5-year workmanship warranty begins.

It depends on size, finishes and structural work. As a guide, most of our bathrooms land between $25k and $75k, kitchens between $45k and $120k, and whole-home renovations from $150k. After the free consultation you’ll get a realistic range, and after design a fixed price.
Once the design and selections are complete, we price every line item and that becomes your contract price. The only way it changes is if you choose to add or change something. Hidden conditions like rot behind a wall are covered by a contingency we explain up front.
Design and planning typically take 3 to 5 weeks. Construction ranges from about 4 weeks for a bathroom to 4 to 8 months for a whole-home renovation or addition. You get a written schedule before we start, and 96% of our projects finish on time.
Yes. We pull all City of Austin and county permits, coordinate engineering when needed and schedule every inspection. It’s included in your proposal.
In most kitchen and bathroom projects, yes. We seal off work areas with dust barriers, protect floors and clean up every day. For kitchens, we can set up a temporary kitchenette. Whole-home projects sometimes require a short move-out, and we’ll tell you during planning.
Our own lead carpenters and a small group of licensed trade partners we’ve worked with for years. Everyone is background-checked, and your dedicated project manager is your single point of contact from start to finish.
Every project includes a 5-year workmanship warranty, on top of manufacturer warranties for products and appliances. If something isn’t right, we come back and fix it.
Yes. We partner with local lenders offering renovation loans and HELOC options, and our payment schedule is tied to project milestones, so you never pay far ahead of completed work.
